"I spoke with Cassie Thompson my agent at STATE FARM and asked her if she could email my apartment complex the proof of renters insurance since November 2025… because they needed a copy for my records… and within minutes Cassie replied to me and quickly asked me for the email address so she could send it to them.. "Lauren Stone is amazing. Accountability. Professionalism. Compassion. She provided me a quote in Oct. '24. It didn't benefit me at the time, she understood and let me know that she would follow up with me at my next renewal. A year later I received a text message from her with the same professionalism as before. She provided me a quote for my vehicle and renters insurance. The amount is better than what I was currently paying; however, if the amount would have been the same or comparable, I would have switched over, and Lauren would have been my deciding factor."
