Needless to say, I did not get the warm fuzzies from USAA that I get from State Farm. It is so refreshing to dial a telephone number and an actual person answers the phone. No pressing 1, no call center vibes, no going through different AI prompts to get a quote. Talking to an actual person made all the difference in the world to me. (it took me longer to look up the email address than it did for her to send to my complex…I have been really really impressed with Cassie Thompson (my agent’s) office.. they are so very professional and friendly and get the job done quickly!!!!
